Overall an average sequel to the first book. Still annoys me that the characters are not as well written as some characters in other books. The characters just don't feel real enough. Sure the plot is well thought out and it is an interesting twist on an over-populated zombie genre...but the characters themselves leave me feeling empty. I just can't connect because it doesn't feel real to me that the characters who are Punks would so easily convert to being STEMs when they practically give up their entire life and comfort to avoid it. Plus...SPOILER...to leave it on a Cliff hanger is soooo annoying.Product details

It's a fun read with an original take on the zombie mythos. The sci-fi / adventure aspect of the book is the cheery on top. I can't wait to read more by this author.
I very am very much enjoying the ZombPunk series! They are very Sci-Fi yet filled with edge of the seat chilling moments. Enjoy reading this, if you are like me it will go by too fast and you will be awaiting the next!
What an awesome sequel. I was expecting it to be full of action and it really was. All the best characters are back and fighting like hell for their lives. There are lots of surprises and choices have to be made all around and it makes for a great story. There were a number of times where I found myself shocked by something, be it a death or a decision. I was definitely not bored with ARROW!
